
I do like Jiffy Lube's business model (no appointment, fairly quick
service etc. ) so I admit to being a customer, which only makes me sound very foolish when I tell you that I always suspected that they were crooks. Click here for a link to the video.
You see, every time I've taken my car in I've had to argue that they failed to vacuum the interior, which is part of the core oil change service. Logic would follow that if I can't count on them to perform the service that's clearly visible (vacuuming) how in the world could I ever be certain they were doing any of the other things they promised.
Well, there's proof in the pudding- or video, as it were. Five out of nine Jiffy Lubes ripped off the investigative reporter.
