You've probably had at least one really awful supervisor. After all, there's more than enough to go around. But if you think your Bad Boss really takes the cake, check out the contest at workingamerica.org, a group affiliated with the AFL-CIO. You don't have to be union to enter and the top prize is a one week vacation.

Even if you're lucky enough to have a wonderful boss (and there are many of those too) you'll get a kick out of reading other people's entries and feeling smug about how great things are for you.  You can even vote for your favorite.
